Several options for you. Easiest is using a modulator kit that plugs into your lighter and in turn funnels through your radio on a predetermined station. The professional way would to go to a car audio place and have them install it for you.

It appears to be a known issue on Saturn. Some say the alarm, some say the button. According to this, disconnecting the battery for a few hours will fix it.

I install a used bcm in my 2007 saturn outlook every thang works but the radio is looked ican not get it to do anythang

When you disconnected the battery to install the bcm you activated the theft system on the radio. This is designed to lock the radio if the power is disconnect. You need to get the radio code from the dealer or look in your paperwork for the car

Have the HVAC system scanned. Could be low freon, bad high pressure switch, fuse, or compressor. Throw a set of gauges on it. this tells a lot.

No matter who does the job you will have to reprogram everything. Some parts stores sell a product that uses a 9 volt battery and plugs into the cigarette lighter, but in my experience they almost never work.

How to change a headlight for Saturn outlook for 2007

I have an Outlook that was burning through bulbs. The best way to change it, is to remove the inner fender well and it gives you easy access to the rear of the headlight assembly. It takes about 2 min and no skinny hands required.
