2003 skoda octavia 19 tdi turn on ignition key just clicks do this 2 or 3 times then it will start this has only happened since ive had the clutch and flywheel changed

Hi
Sounds to me like you've got a faulty solenoid on your starter motor which could have been damaged whilst the gearbox was taken off to do the clutch and flywheel or the wiring to the starter motor or battery hasn't been tightened up enough
Hope this helps Nick

My 2008 skoda octavia tdi keeps blowing fan resistors, why?

are the connections tight and not showing burnt or melting plastic perhaps the blower motor is defective causing the resistors to go
4 is a bypass so you will have blower but on lower settings the motor is probably causing a high resistance.

What are Fault codes P0441 + P0704 On my 05 Plate Octavia VRS?

Code P0441 seems to relate to the EVAP Emission Control System. Either there is a blockage or a leak in one of the valves (N80 or N115) or the pipes between throttle body and tank breather are broken.
Code P0704 seems to be a faulty clutch pedal position switch

Here's more info about code P0441 at ross-tech:
