I cannot install hotspot shield on my laptop

Hotspot shield is an installed program.

Open your control panel and click on 'uninstall programs'.

Look for hotspot shield in the list of programs, right-click on it and choose 'uninstall'.

Follow the prompts, if any, to uninstall hotspot sheild

Uninstall the HotSpot Shield Toolbar

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Hotspot Shield Toolbar > Remove/Uninstall. Click "Yes" to confirm the uninstallation. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools > Add-Ons > Extensions > Hotspot Shield Toolbar > Uninstall. Restart your Web browser.

Uninstall HotSpot Shield

For Windows:
Go to Start > Programs > Hotspot Shield > Uninstall Hotspot Shield. Uninstalling Hotspot Shield is just like uninstalling any other Windows program. After you finish uninstalling, please open your Web browser and delete cache. Restart your Web browser. You are now done.

For Mac:
Go to Applications. Find Hotspot Shield and drag it to your Trash. Hotspot Shield will be fully uninstalled from your Mac.

try to uninstall the software you been installed, then reinstall... if anything failing then please uninstall it and using ccleaner from https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard download it and install... run check registry, clean up there will popup to ask you for it backup, click yes and save in your computer then do it... when it done do it again and again until none in that lists or very few left in that list then close that ccleaner and try again install that hotspot shield

There is a flaw in the application "Hotspot Shield".Not only Youtube, Facebook and Gmail won't work neither.
You may want to remove the app and wait for a future update.

Uninstall hotspot shield and restart computer.

Go to google and search: Hotspot Shield. Download it from cnet.com and you can bypass everything.Things to note: While connected to Hotspot Shield you cannot download anything. So if you are trying to torrent or downloading something you need to get the download started, disconnect from Hotspot Shield and your download should start.

hi...............if you installed the correct software and it is not working it should be the hardware problem.

I know how to solve this. Remove java then reinstall.
