The oven beeps and then failure code f9-3 appears. I tried to reset or cancel, but the problem has not been resolved.
What a scam by service personnel.
-Simply press "Stop/Clear", then gently push the door handle until "Lock" appears on the screen. Press "Stop/Clear" again and the door unlocks itself!

Thank you! I came back from evacuating after the big fire (I'm in Ojai, California) and the F9 code was showing. It's unbelievable how many opportunists try to turn this problem into a way to make money.

Check door lock circuit or replace clock assembly (also called the ERC)

Replace power relay board

Had the F9-3 error code. Pulled the front panel off to look at the switch. The wire connectors were filthy. Cleaning them fixed the problem. Remember to unplug the oven or flip the circuit breaker before getting into this.

F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold
the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work
then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute
press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door
lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post

accidentally moved the latch while cleaning and now the door won't close, get an F9 error code. Oven won't work
