My computer does not recognize the sound card anymore.

Usually happens when Windows is reinstalled, such as using a Restoration/Recovery disk.

Sometimes Windows just has a brain f@rt.

Looses the address to the Driver file

(All the files on the Harddrive have an Address.
Losing the address could be equated, to loosing an address to someone's house, or a place of business.
Don't know the address of the house, or business, you won't find them)

Suggestion is to download AND install, the driver file for the Soundcard

Driver: Small piece of software that allows the Operating System to communicate with a device

The device is the audio chipset.
Do not know which version of Windows is being used, for the Operating System

Soundcard
A heavily misused term

Misused if meaning Integrated Audio.
Audio (Sound) chipset is mounted (Soldered) directly to the motherboard, and is NO soundcard.

A Soundcard is a sound adapter card, that is plugged into the motherboard.

IF it is truly a soundcard, I need the manufacturer's name, and model number of the soundcard. The model number will be on it.

If it is Integrated Audio we will go on...........

[The I/O area of the computer is on the Back of the desktop computer.
The I/O area is part of the motherboard.

I/O stands for Input/Output.
So this means the I/O area, is the area on the motherboard, where Input devices are plugged in, and Output devices are plugged in.

Some common Input devices are the Mouse, and Keyboard.
Some common Output devices are the Monitor, and Speakers.

Speakers. SOUND.
If the audio cables are plugged into an audio port in the I/O area, you are using Integrated Audio.

I/O area. Rectangular area, that also has the sheet metal, I/O Shield surrounding it.

The Horizontal slots on the back of the computer, (In the metal framework), are Expansion Slots.
The back end of an expansion adapter card are seen in these slots, IF one is installed.

A Soundcard is a type of expansion adapter card.
It's a sound adapter card.
Soundcard

IF you truly have a Soundcard, it will be in one of these Horizontal slots ]

I had formate my pc and ilost my audio driver so how can i grt it.

Look look at device manager under sounds and check what soundcard or sound maker your computer is using then log on their site and download the driver, or you can go to the computer manufactures site and input your model and download it there under support.

There is no sound device on your system.

Go to PC makers website, find exact model, then for free, download all sound drivers, and sound manager software, to PC. Install as Administrator.

I'm getting no power to my speakers when i turn on the power wheel on my speaker, the blue light doesn't come on...all drivers check out and device is "working properly"is this a sound card issue?...

I assume you use a set of PC speakers with own power connector.
If the power connector is plugged in properly and the power source is operating flawless, then either the power cable or the internal power supply are broken.
The soundcard has by 100% nothing to do with the voltage control of your speakers. All it sends is an audio signal (Unless you relay on USB speakers, in which case the power actually MAY come from the computer, but I excluded that since you said you're using a soundcard, and those don't provide USB output).

Summary: Cable or PowerSupply or Power source not operating properly. (Or the switch). Either way, you should not open any high voltage electrical components as that may lead to a deadly electrical shock. Please consider an electrician or buy new speakers, if switching the power source doesn't help.

There is no audio or whatever sound that is produced by our computer from the time it was reformatted, what should we do?

all hardware require specific drivers to work
drivers are information that tell the operating system how the hardware works

so when you formatted your computer you must have not installed the device drivers for your sound card

if you have the soundcard on the motherboard (on-board soundcard) the the drivers will be provided in the motherboard CD
if you have a separate sound card then drivers will be included in the product package

I hear no sound in my pc

Are you using the same operating system? It seems the driver is incompatible with the operating system you are using. Try downloading the latest driver from the Intel support website.

One other option is to check if your onboard audio device is enabled in the BIOS. If it is not, the device won't be detected of course.

If it is on board sound you probably need the M/soft UAA drivers

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/OTHER-SOUNDCARDS/Microsoft-UAA-Bus-Driver-for-High-Definition-Audio.shtml
Go to the above site and download and install them
then go to device driver right click sound and upgrade them it will go on net to find and install them
