What is the size of your T.V.?

Having the ability to plug in your laptop to T.V. doesn't mean your free to watch hassle free. First you have to consider the resolution that will be the number of pixels your T.V. set can produce. a regular T.V. only has 320x240 resolution your average computer and laptop can only go as low as 640x480. That resolution is still very for an ordinary T.V. to produce a picture. You need a T.V. set that is at least 21" or more in size. If you want more picture quality then you need a T.V. that has 1080p resolution.

Every manufacturer designs the circuit boards in a different way. Unless you have the same make and model as the one in the video, that trick would probably not work.

How can I connect acer aspire 5733z 4816 to HD tv to view internet content on my t.v.? example netflix or pandora

If you have a connection to the Internet, you can watch episodes of your favorite TV shows directly on your computer, using only a web browser. Many websites offer libraries of television shows and movies to watch for free with limited advertisements. Using your laptop can allow you to connect and watch TV from just about anywhere, as long as there is an Internet connection.

Visit a popular TV show streaming website. Use credible resources when watching and streaming media online to protect your personal information. Some popular television networks now allow the viewing of their shows online for free, in case you missed an old episode or in case you're on the go. Look through genres and categories that interest you and use the website's search bar if they have one available. Search for the TV show you are looking to watch. Choose and select the show you want to watch and click on it to see if there are any further instructions required regarding using the website. Watch the TV show on your laptop by pressing "Play" on the video player. If it is not working, you may need additional plugins to run your video and sound software. http://download.cnet.com/k-lite-codec-pack/3000-13632_4-64246.html Get a collection of VFW or ACM codecs, Directshow filters for your media files http://download.cnet.com/microsoft-directx-redistributable-june/3000-2121_4-10176490.html Microsoft DirectX Redistributable

Why is it when i go to watch a Tv program it keeps video skipping every 2 secs?

Could be that your internet speed is to slow to stream or your video card can't handle what you are trying to watch. Try updating your video card driver to the latest drivers for that card.

Connect to tv

On the back of the laptop there will be a small round connector. This is s-video out. To connect the picture to your tv you just need a s-video cable. Most tv's now have s-video inputs. Just plug into the laptop and the tv , then turn the tv input to s-video (if needed) and you should be seeing your laptop display. To get sound to the tv you need to buy a few more parts to get the sound out of your headphone jack and then put it into the rca sound in jacks on the tv.

We use this setup to watch videos and such at home it works pretty good.

Watching videos on the internet

This is normal. There is a minimum buffering time, and depending on your internet speed, it can be a few seconds or a few minutes before the video is loaded into memory to be watched without interruption. Just put it on pause when it starts loading.
