Make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
After applying the firmware update and it still didn't help, perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
If it still didn't solve the problem, please contact our technical support team via phone. It could be a problem with the printhead.
