My printer hp office jet6313 all in ine, has a problem. whenever i want to print or scan document, i got a flashing messagw ''reset power'' this message keeps coming every time i need your help what should i do

  1. check ink cartridge may be displaced or not secure within cradle causing power to continuley reset itself/ and then get back with me also check tht the ink is full

How do i get my hp officejet j6480 all in one scan both sides and print


To automatically scan and print, you need to use the automatic document feeder (for letter-sized documents) and have the HP Automatic Two-sided Printing Accessory installed.

Then to use the duplex printing feature, you need to set the printer properties to use the duplex feature. In Windows, open a document to print then click on File Print. Choose Setup and then Properties or Preferences (depending on your OS). Then click on the Features tab and set Two-sided Printing to Automatic. (This is a drop-down menu on the Features tab.)

You also need to set the scan settings for two-sided in the HP Solution Center. (If you just want to copy the document, you can set this from the Control Panel on the J4680.)

If you want to do this manually, you can scan each side of the pages. Then print them one page at a time. Then when the ink is dry, put the page back into the paper tray. (Note: this could result in paper jams.) The printer prints on the underside of each page put into the paper tray with the top of the page printing on the forward part of the page.

HP LaserJet 3330 will not print multiple copies


Does this happen only with some documents/software? I have a different HP printer (a LaserJet) that does the same thing only with PDFs printed from another program. (This happens with PaperPort and browsers using the Adobe Reader plug-in, for example.) If I open Adobe Reader and then open the document in question, I can print multiple copies correctly.

I have a similar problem. I use a windows vista and print easily.


go to help from ur printer/scanner and see if they cn help u there........
if i have the same problem uninstall prigram from add/remove and reinstall printer.....mae sure before u do this to remove all cables from ur pc to printer including the power cable....insert the disc and follow the wizard instration.....hope this will solve ur problem

Check the power and the data (USB) cables in the printer...check both ends...
Check :-
# The printer powers on properly
# There also can be problems with the printer driver
# and also internal printers....
Try reinstalling the printer driver...
