Non stop beeping

Came home from college to find my computer close to death... replaced the RAM but it didn't change anything, unplugged almost every component, reconnected and still the same beeping every 4-5 seconds that doesn't stop until i turn off the computer. took out the graphic card, the beep changes to 2 beeps only. no description in the manual book nor the asus website. any help would be appreciated.

Is your computer a Desktop or Laptop?
If a laptop maybe the battery is dead or the RAM needs replacement
If a desk top possibly the RAM needs to be replaced.
Try the above and let us know if the suggested solutions worked

The one long beep, this has something to do with the video card.
Can't really tell without the BIOS you are using !
Anyway, try removing the card and replace it. ( with anything, just to check. )
This is a good board, I have a ASUS P4C800 and you can't beet it.
P.S. Make sure all your memory is the same freq. and clock speed.
Good luck.
