I have bought Elekta plasma tv 5 years ago and it was working fine till the last few months where the tv is switching off automatically every muneits which is very annoying I have took it to a technicision but he did not know the problem Since we don't have a support center in Muscat- Oman I kindly request your support team However know the solution please help me or I might just through this tv in the trash Tank you

it could have over heated you can try to reset it first unplug it for about five minutes and try to turn it on if that dont work the remote might have a set button try holding that down until the red light flashes twice, then turn it on if not then hold the power button down on the set for a good five seconds to see if that resets it. if none of that works you will have to go to panasonic .com for the reset instructions.with the red light blinking the power supply is most likely good you just need to reset i.

When you boot up your tv for the first time, you get to choose between home and shop-mode.
In your case, he TV is set to "shop-mode".
Then it will go back to factory settings after 5-10 minutes. (so that customers won't mess up the settings all the time)
So change the settings from shop to home, and your problem is fixed!

Rplace both capacitors on inverter board along with surface mount fuse on other side of board. The caps will aapear puffy on top.

You can also try to take out the batteries and push all of the buttons with the batteries out of the remote. Then put the batteries back in and push the power button on the remote. If this doesnt work press the two TV buttons at the same time and the remote should be fine.
