Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Can use my on moto g 16 gb on tracfone

Hello Garry!

To answer your inquiry, the compatibility will depend on the model that you have. Let me share with you the bands that Moto G uses, please consider if you have a CDMA or a GSM version.

Global GSM Model:
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz)

US GSM Model:
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 1700 (AWS), 1900 MHz)

CDMA Model:
CDMA/EVDO Rev A (850, 1900 MHz)

Also, I kindly recommend you to verify with Tacfone, if your device will be compatible with their network.

If you need further information about the specifications of your device, please follow up this link: http://bit.ly/MotoG-specs

Hope this information is helpful for you.

Sri Lanka uses GSM 900 / 1800, and Nokia X6 is capable of GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100. If the phone it's not locked, you should be able to use it with no trouble.

I have this mobile from saudi arabia, and when i came to usa the phone isn't working (no network)

hi there, i guess your phone has a different GSM frequency band, this is the frequency band of middle east: GSM-900, GSM-1800 and EGSM/EGSM-900
This is the frequency band of Unite states
GSM-850 and GSM-1900
This is why you don't have signals. thanks

combined GSM 900/1800 network.

GSM 1900: the phone operates in the GSM
