Hi. I recently bought a JENSEN SMP-1GBEB 1 GB MP3 Digital Audio Player & FM Tuner from a second hand store. The mp3 player works just fine, however, it did not come with any instructions. So far, I have been able to upload mp3s to it, and can access the volume and other playback features. However, it would seem that this little device can also record things. As I fumble with the controls, I keep accidently recording myself, and I'd rather not waste the memory with unnecessary recordings. Can I have some information on how to properly use this feature?

if you download "MEDIA MONKEY" from www.mediamonkey.com then this will upload mp3 tracks to all mp3 players. it is also an excellent media player, track ripper and tagger and disc burner. also it's FREE.
Some MP3 players can only play certain types of video files. The type of video files that you are putting on your player may not be readable by the player. The specs show the player can read MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC, APE. Check the file type of the movie you are putting on it and see if it is any of these types...if not then that is the problem. Here is a link to the download page and it looks like there is software for your player.
