My htc mogul front key dont work even after making sure that my keylock is set to do not lock front keys
I had the same problem with mine a few weeks ago. If you're within your 1 yr manufacturer's warranty, go to your cellphone provider and, barring any evidence of abuse/water damage, they can order an exchange for a working refurb. My "new phone" arrived the next day via UPS. I took both phones in, they set it up/activated the new one, and I sent the old one back. If you're within your 1 year on your phone and they don't find any evidence of abuse/water damage, they'll probably only ship the replacement phone minus back cover, battery, and maybe the stylus. Shipping is paid for by HTC to return your old one. So, it shouldn't cost you anything but time.
