Question about Dell Inspiron Computers & Internet
Open control Panel, Power Options, set to High Performance, adjust Advanced Power settings. On battery the computer software will dim the display to conserve battery. I don't know what Model of Dell or the OS you are using? Function keys : http://support.ap.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/pmac2cm/en/en_ug/keyboard.htm#display_key_combinations
