Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard

Keyboard not responding to EVERY stroke

Cordless desktop wave purchased 3-2008. This week my keyboard is not responding to every key. I can push a key several times before it will respond. Sometimes when it responds is has several strokes before it quits. EXAMPLE: 4 won't respond I push the key several times and sometimes get a 4 and sometimes get 444444444444. It's random--not just numbers or letters but also the space bar. HELP

Have cordless keyboard EX-100. Keys will not respond. The calculator and mute keys works all other do not. Have fresh batteries and reset connection button many times. My cordless mouse is okay.

You either need to push fn button (upper left on keyboard) or you need to check that the logitech keyboard software (itouch and a few other names i can;t recal) is running or installed. On mine if the software has glitched out, a quick reload of it and it works fine. This software is what is telling your computer what the special keys mean. If this isn;t running it will only be able to understand the standard type of key signals.

have you tried replacing the batteries? also, if that does not solve the problem ininstall and reinstall drivers. you may need to plug your wired keyboard to finish installation.

take keyboard apart. or wait for it to dry out. put keyboard in front of a fan. wait a day or so, try it again. if you cant get it to work, try taking it apart and checking the pads under the keys for damage.

Keyboard not responding

Solution. My wireles keyboard stopped working except for the F-Lock key, the Media key and the sleep key. It wasn't batteries, even though I tried, communication was there because the above keys were working. Remove the batteries from your keyboard and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Press the red connect button a few times and other various keys every few minutes during that time. This may be the whole "capacitor discharge" trick, but I tired that with someone elses instructions and my keyboard did not work after 2 minutes of key pressing. I think it just needed more time to clear out the secure settings. Good luck, I was about to trash this keyboard until I tried again

Look on underside of keyboard there should be a button to push that will transmit to the receiver
1st push the button on the receiver
2nd make sure batteries are inserted in right direction into keyboard then push the botton on bottom of keyboard
that should make it work
Hope that helps friend

The keyboard has probably died. (It happens often). Here's a great inexpensive combo to replace your current one. https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-MK270-Wireless-Keyboard-Mouse/dp/B00BP5KOPA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1491364851&sr=8-1&keywords=Logitech-MK270-Wireless-Keyboard-Mouse
