Question about Sony KDL-60EX645 - 60" LED-backlit LCD TV
Television is showing a BLUE Screen. TV is 2 months old and was working perfectly fine and all of a sudden blue screen appeared. We hear the sound but cannot navigate thru any settings or absolutely see anything? Any suggestions besides contacting Sony or the store I purchased it from. I tried tv reset and power reset as well.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It could be 1 of 4 things:
1. One of the ribbon cables has worked itself loose (Simple Fix)
2. One of the assembly boards maybe faulty
3. The driver board which feeds the panel maybe faulty
4. The panel is faulty
The driver board in the UK costs approx £70 and approx £35-70 to fit it if this is the fault.
All other parts are between £80-160 and approx £35-70 to fit it if this is the fault.
The panel will cost approx 50-75% of what the TV was worth when you bought it - "Repair versus Replacement"
