Question about Heating & Cooling
It appears from your video that the thermostat clicks on and off, so that's not the problem. It really sounds like a power problem. Check to see if the electrical breaker for the air conditioner circuit is working properly. Cycle it off and on a few times. Next, if the unit is 110 Volts, plug a lamp into the socket where the air conditioner is presently plugged in to test for power in the outlet. Otherwise, you might have a blown fuse or circuit breaker in the air conditioner itself.
