When i turn on my xbox it takes about 5 - 7 minutes to get to the dashboard and when its there it takes about 8 minutes to the load the game, i checked if my memory was low but it still has 11GB left so i deleted some stuff and it got slower

If u ring xbox and let them know the problem,then they will come pick up your 360 repair it and bring it back for free.Cause when u bought yor xbox it automatically has a 3 YEAR WARRANTY on it for hardware problems etc .I cant remember the number but if u go to your local game shop they will have a leaflet with the number on it.Hope this helps u
