Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

Even when they do not normally need it you can try the logitech connection utility. http://www.userdrivers.com/Keyboard-Mouse/Logitech-Connection-Utility-4-80-for-Windows-XP-Vista/

this shoudl also be installed on your system if you installed setpoint. In the program files folder there is logitech inside that there shoudl be 2 setpoint folders. A and B. Look in B and the connectin utility should be in there.

Connect an additional wired keyboard to your pc. And when the freeze happens check if the pc responds at all, using the wired keyboard. If its not responding , its an indication of a faulty PSU or motherboard.

My ex100 logitech mouse isn't working properly

Hi there

Your mouse buttons are stuck and can no longer hold firmly.

The best solution is to get a new mouse because repairing the mouse might cost almost the same price as buying a new one.

My mouse and keyboard dont work... how do i get it on i dont understand the directions

1. Make sure batteries are inserted and in the right way round.
2. there should be three items
3. Signalsender/receiver. with usb connection
4. Micky Mouse
5. Keyboard
6. Possibly Setup CD?

If setup cd install/wait
Connect signal sender/receiver via usb. Place unit convient position so it can pickup signalfrom keyboard/mouse/ line of sight. Should be a small button push on rear of both micky and keyboard, to activate items, PUSH button.
