Earlier today i could sync files to my ditty now only two hours later i cant.I've refreshed the device, compressed the files and everythings, it works but won't sync. Any suggestions?

- Now it will not be recagnized by my laptop, my desktop will only regonize it after 10 minutes of re plugging it in, it wont sync files still
