I'm trying to move or copy a photo I took on the phone to the memory card so I can put it on my computer. I also have tried emailing the photo, but it has yet to arrive in my "inbox". Hope you can help. ThanksI have pictures and video on my phone that I would like to transfer to a miniSD card I bought. I cannot find directions to do this!

Re: samsung blackjack - can't transfer picture to memory...
For photos and videos created on the Blackjack, you can set up the SD card as the default storage location if desired, for greater capacity. Go to Start, then Camera and select Menu. Go to Options and General. Scroll down to Default Storage and select the Storage Card option and then press Done.
This will only affect future photos and videos though...
To set up the Blackjack to connect directly to Vault360 SPE and Platinum:
Go to Settings and then Connections, then USB. Select Mass Storage then confirm by pressing done and backing out. Your phone will now be detected by Vault360 when you connect to your computer via your USB cable.
Note: you must switch back to ActiveSync to synchronize your computer with your phone for e-mails, contacts, etc.
Once your Blackjack is connected to your computer, Vault360 Platinum/SPE will connect to it and an icon of a disc drive will appear in the bottom right of the Vault interface and the contents of the Blackjack SD card will appear on the right side of the Vault interface. While connected you can:
-Select files to delete (this is permanent!) directly in this interface
-Select files to transfer into Vault (left side) for usage on other Smartphone devices or to transfer back to the Blackjack
-Transfer files from Vault (left side) to your Blackjack SD card
Once files are transferred to your Blackjack SD card, they can be viewed on the Blackjack by doing the following:
For Videos: Select the Windows Media Icon or go to Cingular Music and select Windows Media. Select Menu and then select Update Library. This will update the phone for all of the videos you just transferred from the Vault. Now you can select the video you wish to play.
Tips: To view the video full screen go to the Menu and select. To return to the player, press OK. The up and down navigation will increase or decrease the volume and the left and right will select different videos. You have to go to the menu and select stop or the sound track will continue to play even if the video is not visible.
For Music: Same as for videos above.
For Photos: Go to My Stuff and select Storage Card. Here you will find the names of the albums of photos that were transferred from Vault. By selecting the album, the individual pictures will show up and can be viewed. The menu offers several options for viewing and sharing your photos.

usually just get a memory card for your phone and put them onto it and just put the card in the mac to make it the simpliest ans you can transfer movies videos that way with music and sounds hope this was helpful:)
The only way to clear up phone memory is to connect it to your computer using USB cable that came with your phone. Back up all photos there and save it to your computer. After saving all your photos to your computer, you can simply delete all your photos from your phone memory. Next thing that you need to do is go to phone settings and make sure all captured photos/videos will be saved to your memory card and not on phone memory.
what you do is go to the picture you want to save to the memory then press menu, then click the edit option, 3 more options will come up after you click edit, pick move. then it will bring up a list of places where you can move you picture to, just find your memory card and click on it.
You need to go to your file manager/my documents/my picture. Once there then you can move/copy your pictures to your memory card.
Press "menu" -> "file" -> copy/move to. It will then allow you to select the folder you want your pictures to be moved to. Move to "Storage Card" and click 'done. That should move/copy your pictures.
Select the files you want(one or more files can be selected).
well the easiest solution is to get a micro sd card for 15 bucks and transfer them that way.
Did you download the drivers for your blackjack onto your computer is the next question.
assuming you did, and it is working correctly, just simply go to my computer (windows based) while plugged into your usb, you should be able to just file explore there. that will bring up your pictures.
(last suggestion, go to a cvs, walgreens, etc...and bluetooth them to a kodak picture kiosk, put them on a cd for 3 bucks.
