Is it a stamped disc(silver bottom) or a burned copy(blue/purple bottom)? If it is a burned copy then you will need the older style(fat) PS2 and a mod chip or software mod. Remember though, modding any electronics in any way voids the warranty on it and in some casesmay be a grey area in terms of law.
