Its a faulty unit. Had the same problem and brought the unit back for a new one and it worked perfectly and has ever since.

What's the question ? Give more detail
on wht u need to know, if the parts are damaged
replace them. Now there's a trick to replacing
these parts an not having to do a full rebuild
you will need a BIG air compressor. Do one
cylender at a time roll motor over to the
cylinder that you will start with where both
or all valves on that cylinder are closed
take spark plug out take a male air hose
connector that will screw in spark plug hole
with Teflon tape an on hose from compressor
have a female end now hook hose to male
connector that you screwd in spark plug hole
now cut the air on. What this dose is when
you take apart valve train one this one cylinder
the valves don't drop in to engine cylinder
hope this helped u

Detailed wiring info????

Hello Tom,
Power lock gray (- polarity) at white plug near fuse box.
Power unlock (- polarity) purple, at white plug near fuse box.
These wires will test only by operating the key in the passenger door lock cylinder, not the rocker switch on the door.

Misfire between 1700 to 2000 rpm

This could be a LOT of things, but the first thing that comes to mind are spark plug wires. Bad plug wires will normally show up at light-to-mid acceleration, and will normally be worse when wet. What kind of car? Any check engine light/trouble codes?

Iam installing a code alarm in a chevy truck with manual windowa and door locks. do i hook up the door trigger wires or the ullim wire?

When installing a security system you definitely want to use the door trigger wires. Now, on GM trucks (depending on the year) you may have to go into the individual doors for the individual trigger wires. The individual door trigger wires on the newer GM trucks (2007+) can be found at the body control module (BCM), located under the dash, to the left of the steering column; left front door is gray/black, right front door is tan/white, left rear door is lt.blue/black and the right rear door is lt.green/black. All of these wires are negative trigger and located in the pink plug at the BCM. Be sure to diode isolate the door trigger wires. The other option is to use the dome supervision wire because in the GM trucks from 2003 to 2006 the wires are in the door. The dome supervision wire is gray/black located at the BCM below the steering column in the black plug. logosc75.jpg
The above picture is of the door trigger wires for a 2002 Chevy Silverado.Tan for the drivers door and orange for the passenger door in the purple plug or blue/white in the lt.blue plug. I hope that this information helps.

Is this a six way plug (six round holes)? If there are six wires coming from the trailer, then the color code should be as follows:

White - Ground
Brown - Tail Lights
Yellow - Left Turn
Red - Stop
Green - Right Turn
Blue - Auxiliary Circuit (Battery Charge, Electric Brakes, etc...)

If you open the plug up that was cut, it is labeled as to which goes where.
TM = Tail Lights
RT = Right Turn
LT = Left Turn
S = Stop
G = Ground
Center = Auxiliary

IF ENGINE CRANKS BUT NOT START -, sounds like a short in the tach wire, plug remote starter in and cut the tach wire to the engine for the remote starter. if the truck starts then you remote starter module is faulty.

IF ENGINE WON'T KRANK -, then there is a starter kill hooked in with it. if you bypass this you should be fine. just follow yellow wire from ignition switch till you find where it is cut. rejoin these two yellow wires and you should be good to go
