Question about Coby DP-5588 5.6-Inch (4:3) Clock & Digital Photo Frame with MP3 Player (Maple)

Cannot regulate JPEG interval for Coby Digital Picture Frame

In the set-up menu for the Coby Digital Picture Frame DP-5588 when trying to set the time interval between pictures it will not accept the highlighted time. The pictures come on at differing time intervals. Yes, I did press enter after highlighting the time. In the troubleshooting section it says to try updating the products firmware. I have tried to locate said firmware without success.

Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card, not an SD card. While SDHC cards will fit into SD slots, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use an SD (or MMC or xD or MS), 2GB and smaller.

Photo from computer won't show on camera

I suspect the JPG is NOT the correct size and resolution, it has to be a certain "way" to be used by the camera. You need to consult your manual and find out the exact size etc.

Hello you were not misinformed about the audio capability but you may have been misled. The only audio formats which your frame supports are these two: MP3 and WMA.
Here is a link to all of the specs on your purchase: http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-photo-frames/coby-dp-5588-digital/4507-13499_7-32792849.html?tag=mncolBtm;rnav

Coby DP-887 Digital Picture Frame: Unable to transfer pictures to internal memory

The Coby DP-887 does not have built in memory so one cannot "load" pictures onto it. It is a viewer in every sense of the word. If you load pictures on a flash drive or memoory stick and plug that into the Coby DP-887 then you'll be able to view pictures or video.
