I am trying to locate a replacement coupling for a Sears Kenmore washer. The Model # is 91566400 and the Serial # CEO202740. The washer has 9.8 amps and the coupling goes between the motor and the pump. Please help me find this or direct me towards it! Thanks!

usually direct drive if top load,no belt has a motor coupling, send model number so i can look up your model, sears kenmore doesn't make washers, they just put the name on it,say washer starts with 110. on model, then you know whirlpool made it.
does it agitate???. if it does not then you need the motor coupling. you need to remove the cabinet, yes, I said the cabinet, remove the pump, motor and you got to the coupling. replace all part in kit. reassemble and test. go to the website of sears parts WITH THE COMPLETE MODEL. and get the part. model starts like 110.xxxxxxxxxxx
first of all. comming from a Sears Technician.. (don't yell) -- the delivery drivers only know about delivering stuff. they dont know too much,
if the two are the same size they can be stacked.
sometimes have to rig something up
and yes, for that model the top is removed, clips go on the rear and screwed at the front.
in some areas it is sold seperatly as a stacking kit
This machine has no belt. It does have a motor coupling. Easiest way to replace it is to lay the machine on its back. Remove the pump cilps and slide the pump out of the way. Remove the motor clips (they may each have a 5/16 screw), and slidt the motor out. Replace the coupling and assemble in reverse order. Coupling # 285753 available at www.timerking.com for 9.99 or from sears. Hope this helps!
Are you attempting to replace the Main Computer Microprocessor, or the User Interface? The Main Computer is located inside the washer behind the wash tub, while the User Interface is behind the control panel. The term CCU sometimes gets used interchangeably and I need to be sure.
It's easier to order parts directly from searspartsdirect.com. Just type in your model number (located around the door opening) and you will find both of the parts I mentioned under the "Control Panel" heading. If you wish to try a local Sears dealer in your area, you can use the part numbers provided by the Sears website.
I hope this helps you. Please post back if you need further assistance.
PS If you wish to compare pricing, you can also try repairclinic.com. Both sites get their parts from the same part source. They both offer comparible pricing with one or the other often having better deals.
