Skype you have to go to tools and then click on options and select audio settings and make sure your audio card is selected for both the mike and speakers. Then go to Video Setting and if a black box is there wait for the camera to show. If it does, then at the bottom and save. Should work okay then. Hope this helps. Bud
Go to Control Panel and Click on Sounds, Click
on Audio, then Click on the Microphone. Then Click on the drop
down and select Camera Microphone.
Click OK and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
If your using a laptop and it has a built in microphone, it could be affected by the external microphone in the camera. if this is the case,
Because you have the built in mike, in the laptop
and the one in the camera working at the same time you will get distortion
and feedback. Go to Control Panel
and Click on Device Manager. Then go down to Imaging
Devices and click on the + and right click and then click on
DISABLE. Then click OK
Or you could disable the Laptop Microphone but its more
complicated to achieve.
Hope this helps. Bud
