Question about Heating & Cooling
I need a wiring diagram for a 120/230 water well pump, Berkely
It doesn't say any where on it if its wired for 120 or 230, But it has 3 wires coming from the windings down below that are hooked to one post.
Anybody got a clue?

The orange wire coming out of the outside unit is for the reversing valve( controls the heat and cool mode of the ac) If its unhooked, it will be either in the ac mode all the time or the heating mode all the time depending on the style of the reversing valve. The orange wire goes to the (O terminal) inside the outside unit.
There is also another orange wire that goes from the air handler to the thermostat. One orange for the thermostat, and another to the condenser( out side unit)

here is a basic wiring diagram for all air cond systems your thermostat consist of treminal r w y and c run a four conductor wire fromm thermostat to ai handler the air handler should allso have eather have red blue white wires or a teminal block marked r w c r stands for red w for white c for comon allso blue run color for color from the thermostat to ai handler with exeption of yellow yellow runs straigth to condenserand retuns in white wire to air handler wich gets conected to comon hope this help[s you

Thanks for the response, to be more specific, the nine pin connector was damaged, but I was able to connect the wires back to main unit panel. I am ready to hook to the hunter thermostat and do not know which wires to connect to. This is my problem and I do not want to short something out. Hope this helps, I want to get it installed again. You can't use any of those - the large connector at the OEM speakers is because the rears are amplified. Your factory head unit puts out a line level signal to the rear speakers. There's an amplifier on the driver's side rear speaker (the box around the magnet that you can see from inside the trunk).
You need to either replace the head unit with an aftermarket one to drive your new speakers, or you need to tap into the amp connector and find the line level wires, break them out, put RCA plugs onto them, and plug them into an aftermarket amp, which you'd use to power your rear speakers. Doing it that way allows you to keep the factory head unit.
