SOURCE: over heating
OILESS COMPRESSORS WILL HEAT UP MORE THAN OIL FILLED COMPRESSORS,HOW EVER 2 THING'S.CHECK TO SEE THAT THE AIR INLET/FILTER IS NOT BLOCKED OR CLOGED AND MAKE SURE YOU BOUGHT ENOUGH COMPRESOR FOR YOUR USE.HOPE THIS HELP'S

Check the Deutch diesel engine controls. Normally with
the compressor at full open, engine must continously run, sionce this is the point where the engine is not
heavy loaded. Check the injection pump as well as engine speed control and the air filter.

you should have an oil trap or two in the line from the out let of the compresor before it go's into the factory
they also trap any water in the air there easy to fit into the line and not very pricy

Firstly check the rotation of the Motor,
You may be having two problems.
1) With in 15 minutes it should load, check the Loading Solenoid valve, and Unloading valve.
2) It should not heat up Your Cooler must be clogged check it is heated up if not check the Thermostatic Valve which is not giving oil to cooler or you need to check the Oil Stop valve.
