We have a logitech blue webcam, and the only thing we know how to do on it is take pictures. My friend and I want to chat together when we are at home, but it says that we need to connect to the internet...

If you wish to chat using webcams. You can try downloading Skype and using that as a medium for your webcams to connect to each other over. You can also use MSN messenger to chat with the webcams as well.

I hope this helps you.

Video problem

many times the video freezes IF your computer has low memory RAM and your internet connection is poor..
i will advice you to use a different computer in your home, so you can test the device into a different pc and the same internet conecction, o try to take it to a friends house and try it there. if if still does the same, the camera is defected.

Black stripes on screen when using Skype

it may be her internet connection is slower than yours.
when i talk to people in certain countries they complain about my reception but in uk it is fine.
skype and other messengers get better quality when run through a 4m and above internet service.
it may not be your cam at all.
