Question about HP LaserJet 1320 Printer
I have removed the jammed paper, however the orange light beside the triangle shape with the exclamation mark is still flashing. I have turned the printer off, only to turn it on again & have the printer voluntarily print out page after page of paper with one line of symbols at the top of the page. How do I get the printer to stop printing & wasting all these pieces of paper? As well, I have put a new HP toner cartridge in the printer about a month ago. So low toner should not be the problem.
Thanks for your help.
Clear the printer queue on the computer (double-click the printer icon in the tray or in the Printers and Faxes folder and cancel all documents listed). Then power off the printer and disconnect the power - remove the paper from the paper tray until you have the printer memory cleared as to not waste paper.
