Reconfigure a new wireless connection. By creating a new connection your PSP should recognize it and connect. If this problem persists, try reseting your Wireless router. If someone else is on your wireless connection and is transferring data DO NOT reset the router just yet becuase they will lose their transfer. There will be a tiny button either on the front or back of the router. It will be (should be) clearly labeled. Grab a pen/pencil and put it in the tiny hole. Problem should be solved, try connecting again. Good Luck

Unable to connect to netflix

There are a number of things to consider when you can't get an Internet connection.

1) are you connected to a network that is connected to the Internet? You connect to any network either through a wired or wireless connection. If wired is the Ethernet cable connected to a router (or modem) from your Internet provider? If wireless, are you logged into your wireless router or hot spot? Nothing will happen if you aren't connected to a network that is, itself, connected to the Internet.

2) If you are connected, is the device to which you are connected (wired or wireless) itself connected to the Internet? One quick way to fix it if it isn't is to simply turn it off, wait about 15 seconds, and turn it back on. Then turn your computer off, wait 15 seconds, and turn it back on. This is a "network reset" and fixes Internet problems about 80% of the time.

3) Finally, if you are connected and the device to which you are connected is itself connected to the Internet, are your network setting suitable for the Internet. To fix these problems go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset. Resetting the Internet settings often clears up the problem.

4) Once you do these things your Internet should be okay, provided that you are receiving an Internet connection from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Before calling them and checking you might like to borrow another persons computer or have them come over and see if they can connect. If they can you will probably need to take your computer to a shop as there are probably technical issues you are not going to be able to resolve easily. If they cannot connect then the problem is usually in the modem/router provided by your ISP or in your account (you'd be surprised how many people don't pay their bill and are surprised when they can no longer get on the Internet. It's funny how that works.)

My wireless won't work, it says its connected but then the internet wont work.

Hi,
Your wireless connection may be protected. To fix the problem, connect your wireless to internet then right click this particular connection to see its properties. Modify the properties as needed. Or right click your internet access ( right corner lower position of your screen) then click troubleshoots problem menu. Follow the instruction to fix the connection.

No internet connection through routers (broadband AND wireless)

Try to disable any firewalls on your computer. If you already have internet details showing, there's something blocking your connection which is possibly a firewall. Turn off the Windows firewall as well as Norton, Mcafe, Zone Alarm and the like if you have one.
