Sounds like a driver in the program became corrupt. I would reinstall the game and give it another try. Hope this helps. Bud

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Window xp Hi my name is lucille, i have been having problems playing my games for about a month now when the game gets ready to load a error will come up everytime , and i think java has alot to do with it...

ok this is a simple easy solution.... however you can go to www.java.com and download the updates....

are you using the newest version of IExplore? if you want you can use Firefox or GoogleChrome! they are all updated.... some free games require Certain Computer Diagnostics in order to be fully compatible with the computer....

if you had a current list of games that you were wanting i could give you more of a definate solution!

Buffer Override Detected

Try starting in safe mode and restore your PC to a date when it was working properly. Then increase the page files allotting it to all partitions, such that its now 3 times that what it was.These page files will be used from your HDD as if it were an extension of RAM. This should prevent any buffer over-run problems that you are facing now....sodeep
PS also clean your C drive if junk files, cookies & stored internet pages(History), defragment your HDD to improve performance.

Hi

Check that your system meets the games minimum requirement....Even if one of your game's minimum requirement fails the game won't load...Also you may be having a hardware/software conflicting problem( common with "self made" computers).
Check your games on another computer if possible

Go to your My computer icon--right click on it
properties-->hardware-->device manager
Find ur cd/dvd drive on it
Uninstall it by right clicking it (dont get scared ur system will detect it itself in next reboot and u dont need any drivers for it)
hope it will works if there is no physical damage
