Question about Samsung WF337AA Front Load Washer
Error message displayed ''dc'' unbalanced load. Have taken clothes out, put them in rearranged, etc. nothing changes. It goes back to 11 minutes, gets to 9, maybe 4, then same message. This has been going on for 5 hours! Help!
I have the exact same symptom with mine that is only 4 months old. I have a technician coming as soon as the part is available. The problem is the PCB control board. Samsung has corrected a known issue with the original and has manufactured a new one. This is a known issue and thus the part is hard to get. I have, however found a temporary fix. Unplug the machine for about a half an hour. I haven't figured out how long to do it exactly but when you plug it back in it should read PF for power failure. It's the equivalent of a reboot for your pc. I got about 3 days of service from the machine before it stopped spinning again. Another reboot and I'm back in business.

We had the same problem. We ordered the washer on Black Friday and just got it this past Sunday. We put laundry in and it would not spin. We got the dc code. We have been on the phone with Sears for the week. A repairman came out to look at the washer today. He couldn't find anything wrong and had to call the tech people for help. They said if the washer is in a space that is below 60 degrees it won't spin because the oil in the back of the drum is too thick when it is cold. They have to order a new board to heat the oil. We thought they were crazy. So we did our own experiment and put a heater in the basement. The washer worked! Now we are just waiting for the new board to see if that solves the problem so we don't have to heat the basement just to wash clothes. I am glad we can at least heat the basement and wash clothes until the part comes. I will post after it has a new board!

I just had exact the same thing happen to me. We had it for a year with no problem but lately sometimes it would get stuck in the spin cycle at 9 min like you described. I had tried all day on just one load and it wouldn't spin. After I saw your post about the washer need to be 60 degree or higher, I went and ran a empty load on normal with warm/warm and let it complete the entire cycle. I then put the clothes back in on spin cycle and it worked!! I later check my unfinished basement and sure enought it was at 55 degree. With all the snow VA had, it has been cold last month, but I too agree that we should be able to wash our clothes at unfinshed basement that would sometimes get below 60.
