Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What are you using in you car to view videos? Disk player? If so, burn the videos on the Sanddisk to a DVD.

I downloaded music now it says 0 tracks to be played

music must be in a supported format(mp3, wmv, etc.)
songs must be in the "MUSIC" folder (x:\MUSIC\(your songs here))
may need "magic gate" mem stick, some cheapies have this written on them fraudulently. i like to stick w/ sandisk brand, no problems w/ them

PSP videos

The problem can be the memory stick or within the PSP system itself. Try inserting another memory stick into the non functioning psp. If the problem still persist that means the memory card reader cannot read the files try formatting the whole psp system. If that doesn't work you will need to get it repaired take to an electronics store that sells video game systems preferably game stop they will swap out the memory card reader
