It is not possible to fix tis up.You will have to take your phone apart for this.If your phone had a memory card remove it and insert it in your laptop' card reader and transfer all the important things you need. If this doesn't help then the only solution is to get it repaired.
Goodluck, Please don't forget to rate the solution
If the phone is working, and the only probkem is the screen, then try opening it up and dryin it. If this doesnt help, then, the connection (solder) betweent the board of the phone and the screen has been broken. You would have to melt off the solder attatched to it totally, and then re-solder it. This should help. If that still doesnt work - though it should - then you would have to consider purchasing another screen. Success.
I have this same problem. I went to Verizon and they told me that the phone is not repairable so i need to buy a new one. I told them to ********! Now i lost all my pics, contacts, and videos. This was in 2007 and since then i never went back to Verizon. They just steal your money in a way!
Hello. The phone password (unless you changed it at one point) is most often just the last 4 numbers of your phone number or SSN. Please try that. Once you have passed that screen you may reset to a different code again.
If that is not it, you should be able to take it to your mobile phone store and have them reset for you, but any contacts may be lost, etc. Phones are set this way to prevent an easy reset and use on lost phones, so there is no other "easy" way to do this without accidentally disabling or wiping the phone setup/activation.
