How do I delete drawings that I have made on my Kobo Mini?

I accidentally saved pictures that I drew for fun on my Kobo Mini, and I don't want them. Thanks.

My kobo is frozen on starting sync won't turn on or off


Note: If your Kobo device has been physically damaged, it is no longer covered by Kobo's limited warranty. On a Kobo eReader, a physically damaged screen will look like it's been shattered, or you may see vertical or horizontal lines on the screen with a frozen image. If you haven't dropped or damaged your Kobo eReader, but are experiencing issues, try the steps below in the order suggested.
  • Turn your eReader off and then on again.
  • If your screen is frozen, slide the power button to the right and hold it for 10 seconds. Your eReader should turn off.
  • Turn your eReader off and charge it for at least four hours. Note: Your computer should be turned on while you are charging your Kobo eReader.
  • If your eReader isn't charging, try using a different Micro USB cable or a different USB port on your computer. Note: If your eReader's battery is completely drained it can take up to 15 minutes before it reacts to being plugged into power.
  • If you're having trouble while reading a book on your Kobo Aura H2O, Kobo Aura, Kobo Aura HD, Kobo Glo, or Kobo Mini: tap the centre of the screen to bring up the Reading Menu, tap the > Home icon to return to your Home screen, then open your book again.
  • If you're having trouble while reading a book on your Kobo Touch: press the Home button and open your book again.
  • Try a basic reset.
  • If you're still having issues, consider a factory reset.
  • If you're unable to reset your device, please contact Kobo Customer Care

Problem with internet connection says when I connect my KOBO to computer and cannot sync any books. Kobo charged and can't access KOBO on computer


It could be several things. But you may need to delete Kobo and reload the app. I have had to do this on some of my programs. Your books are on the net, so they won't be lost.

My kobo wont open the book, keeps loading but does not open


Does your Kobo turn off and on normally? Or is it stuck loading the book and totally not responding? If so, reset your Kobo. Look on the bottom edge of the Kobo - see the little pinhole? Stick a paper clip into there until you feel it push against a little switch. Remove the paper clip.

Is the Kobo working, but simply can't open a book? If it's only affecting a particular book, try deleting it and downloading it again.

Mini usb port on kobo arc is broken. Where can I get parts?


Hi i managed fix my usb port , open the kobo and remove the usb ribbon, the usb port is glued at the rear , you will see a black blob od adhesive at back of port , this comes unstuck if it gets a knock , i gently lifted this slightly then slid some super glue underneath and then applied pressure on top of the usb port to ensure the port was contacting the ribbon again until the glue set, my kobo is back in action again , hope this helps someone

How do i change font size on my kobo mini


while in a book, tap in the middle of the page, the second to last button on the bottom of the page - (looks like four directional arrows) then the bottom of the screen will change and you will now see a slider bar on the left with plus and minus sign- Tap on either to change the font size.

I want to download books onto my cruz but everytime I try to sign in it wont let me. do you know why??


Did you make the account on your computer or on the device? If on the device try logging in on the computer. If it doesn't log in on there then attempt to recreate the account. If you cannot I would suggest contacting customer service.
If you are unable to log in to either service and you can log in online you may want to delete them and go back into the market to download them again. Obviously make sure you are connected to the internet.
A generic fix that should be done is to restart the device.
Finally I would look into rooting the device and flashing the ROM so that you can try some other software for reading. Although both KOBO and Borders are nice alkido reads all formats including PDF's.
I personally don't use kobo or borders but you may need the desktop versions installed to have them link to your account.
