Question about HP Photosmart 3210 All-In-One InkJet Printer

3 Answers

PDF will only convert a portion of the document: Only the top-right 1/4 of the page is converted and appears in the center of the pdf. I can't seem to find any settings that could help with this...... (using Quickbooks PDF Converter - we just upgraded to QB Pro 2009 from Pro 2006 where the problem did not exist.) Does anyone know how to adjust it to pdf the entire document? Thank you.

I think ,you should try to usd another pdf converter.i use advanced pdf converter 6.0,i am quite satisfied with it,many people use it,and it does well too.
It is more appealing as it more faster to convert a huge PDF file to .doc without any quality lost,it also has more configuration option.

When I scan a document, I don't seem to have the option of saving it in PDF file format.

This maybe so, as PDF is a proprietary service, and the scanner doesn't support it? have you all the drivers and software installed? anyway, what you need to do, is scan whatever it is, in as a document or a picture whatever, and then process if with a PDF converter. Check out the master search link below and simply choose one download and install, then import the scan into the PDF converter and convert. There are also some programs that will scan PDF a Google search should turn them up?

Can't save multiple page scan to multiple page pdf document

that should be because you scanned the pages separately, did you notice if the PDF document converted was the very last page of the 13paged document which you wanted to make a document from? if that's right, then you just only converted the last scanned page into PDF, to stick all the pages together, i recoment you treating them as images and using word to stick them all together with the "insert>image> from archive" adjusting the size of the image at 1 page and with each 13 pages do the same until you have a full document of 13 images in 13 pages then you can convert it into PDF
