Question about Engines & Components for Hyundai Accent
For 1.5L engines head bolts, tighten the bolts 51-54 ft. lbs. Start at the top bolt on the transmission side of the engine, next one will be the very front bolt at the bottom of the engine, then go back to the bottom bolt at the transmission side of the engine and do the same for all the remaining bolts until you finally tighten the middle two bolts.
I like to go over all the bolts one more time just to be sure they all remaine tight, sometimes you find one that worked loose.
