Question about HP Officejet Pro L7590 All-in-One InkJet Printer
The page comes out smeary looking and very sparse. It looks like someone dragged the ink across the page lightly. I have checked all the heads and run the tests in the manual but I can not seem to fix the problem. On the test page the yellow and fushia seem fine. There is no cobalt color and the black is very streaky...like the print jobs I have tried.
Please follow the follwoing steps,
1) unplug the power cord at the both ends from the printer and wall outlet. connect to wall out let directly dont connect to
2)Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product hold for 1 min after plugging the power cord, and
then release both buttons, this should resolve the issue.
