I have a Lexmark X5470 printer. When I use the Internet Explorer browser, I can print emails or website information with no problem.
When I use the Firefox browser and try to print an email or website information, the words are garbled and the characters on the page that printed out bear no similarity to the characters that were on the original document.

Open Internet Explorer then go to www.google.com. Type in the search box "download mozilla firefox" (no quotes needed) and Press Enter. You will see where you can download it from the mozilla firefox site. Unlike Internet Explorer where it takes 20 - 30 minutes to install, Firefox installs in less than 3 minutes. It's a much safer and faster browser than Internet Explorer. You might also want to download Opera and download Google Chrome. They are very good and fast browsers also. In fact Opera is so fast and light, I use it as my browser on my cellphone.
