Question about Cell Phones
I just received a new car stereo that not only supports usb but is Android specific however, when connecting my vivid via USB, only about 1/3 of the music files are recognized by the standard music ap. Most of the files result in an "na file" error message. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I USE MY USB CONNECTION AND THE STANDARD MUSIC AP. If connecting with an aux cable & 3rd party ap, all files are readable. 1. why is this happening? 2. can/how do I change my default music player ap. 3. why can't I get Pandora to work either (the standard music ap takes control of everything and won't let you use anything else) thanks.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
