SOURCE: how to repair jammed arrow electo matic staple gun

You'll have to disassemble it. There is probably a staple lodged in the "hammer" mechanism on the business end of the stapler.

Often, these staple are very difficult to remove -- a very small flat-tip screwdriver and needle-nose pliers usually work best.

After you get all the jammed staples out, lubricate all moving parts with something akin to 3-IN-1 machine oil. This should prevent future jams.

SOURCE: My son disassembled my powershot

Hi carp345,

Welcome to fixya!

The Powershot 5700M was made by Black and Decker/Dewalt. They have a description online but no manual or parts diagram. You will need to contact a local branch or repair center and request a parts explosion for this tool. Here is the web address for locating a service center near you: http://www.blackanddecker.com/Service-centers.aspx
Copy and paste this address into your browser.

Sorry I could not be of more help in getting a diagram to you. Good luck.

Please place a vote for me when you accept this solution.

Thanks,
Handie Andie

User manual for arrow powershot 5700 staple gun

Hello, there. Attached is the PowerShot 5700 manual. We could only upload in JPEG format, but if you would like the PDF version, please email us at customercare@arrowfastener.com. When you say "reassemble," do you mean the whole tool or the magazine part? We do not recommend disassembling the PowerShot 5700 completely.

My arrow fastener model t-50m is jammed how do I remove the few

I have a similar issue with my T50m stapler. To remove the staples unscrew the locking nut near where you load the staples and remove the tapppered bolt. The track will lift out and the staples can be easily removed. Why this is happening is unknown to me also. I purchased a new gun.
