This works when using memory cards or USB flash drives. Turn on the frame. Insert card/flash drive. Screen should come up asking if you want to add photos to internal memory. You will have 15 seconds to respond. "No" will be highlighted. Press "left" (<) arrow button to highlight "yes". Press "OK" button. Frame will begin importing all photos on the card/flash drive.
Most MP3 players can display photos in jpg, bmp and gif file formats. Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable then copy the photos to the player. There is usually a picture/photo folder in the MP3 player where you place the photos.
From my research I see this device only supports JPEG/JPG formatted pictures. Please ensure that all pictures you wish to display are this format. You can convert the file format using MS Paint or any of your favorite picture editing programs.
Try a different sent of photos. This happened to me on our frame and when we changed then photos, it worked fine. Turns out it was getting hung up on one particular photo. As long as that photo isn't on the frame, it works fine without locking up.
Plug the frame into the usb slot on your computer. Open up the folder with your pictures on it. Then open up my computer and look for the drive that is the frame. Drag your pictures right to the frame,s drive.,
