You need to use a PC to rotate the images to a correct orientation, then put the images back in the photoframe!

I want to add pictures to my philips digital frame model number spf3407d/g7 I have misplaced my manual I can get to to show up on frame but it wont save them

This works when using memory cards or USB flash drives. Turn on the frame. Insert card/flash drive. Screen should come up asking if you want to add photos to internal memory. You will have 15 seconds to respond. "No" will be highlighted. Press "left" (<) arrow button to highlight "yes". Press "OK" button. Frame will begin importing all photos on the card/flash drive.

How do I take pictures from the computer and put them on the Mp3 player?

Most MP3 players can display photos in jpg, bmp and gif file formats.
Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable then copy the photos to the player. There is usually a picture/photo folder in the MP3 player where you place the photos.

Not reading all photos on the thumbdrive.

From my research I see this device only supports JPEG/JPG formatted pictures. Please ensure that all pictures you wish to display are this format. You can convert the file format using MS Paint or any of your favorite picture editing programs.

Good Luck!

Flash won't work.it's red on the display and won't take photos.

Your camera has a bad flash unit. If the flash goes bad the camera can not take a picture because the flash will not trigger off.

Photos on flash drive will only display first dozen or so, then it just stops, stalls.

Try a different sent of photos. This happened to me on our frame and when we changed then photos, it worked fine. Turns out it was getting hung up on one particular photo. As long as that photo isn't on the frame, it works fine without locking up.

Getting "busy" display on all modes except no-flash mode...

The "Busy" code will be on when the camera trys to use a flash and waiting for its charging action. Upon completion of charging the mechanism returns a signal to the camera to fire the shutter.

That means now your camera has something wrong on the flash unit and the camera waits for some certain time frame to finally determine it cannot complete a photo-taking command.

An "ERR 99" denotes that this kind of error has not been encorded explicitly and needs investigation services.
