Question about Delstar DS 31024 MP3 Player
Iam a senior citizen and received this delstar ds1700 series mps player and duh!......I got a cd with drivers but the book said if I had xp which I do, I dont need too use it so I plugged in the cord to the computer and the mp3 player and up popped a musicmatch screen which it said closed and led me to yahoo, who also are closed.........wow...am tired already!......then opened a empty file ..........thats where Iam........what site would I go to so I can download some songs or how can I download songs off of my own cds?............help!..thanks!
Connecting your mp3 player to your computer
Connect one end of the USB cable to your computer’s USB Port. Then connect the smaller end of the USB cable to your MP3 players USB Port. Turn the unit on. In MS Windows a new icon will appear in “My Computer”. “Removable Disk” will appear in my computer. Windows recognizes it as a removable disk.
Transferring Files and Folders
1. Find files or folders you wish to transfer.
2. Select and highlight
3. Use Copy command
4. Go to “My Computer”
5. Locate and open “Removable Disk”
6. Once opened, paste file to “Removable Disk” folder.

Now to download from cds you need to record the cds to the computer. I would use something like itunes to build a song libary.

id like to try and help you get your music onto the mp3 player...although i dont know the exact model you have got, they are usually similar to other models...i will try to keep it straight forward and not use too much jargon,or go too fast, cos we all started off at exactly the same place ...knowing nothing...
if you are online now i can chat here about it but if not you can let me know when you will next be on and ill try to be on too
all the best
