Why dont you try using Mozilla Firefox as a browser instead?
Chances are you need to either update your Virtual Java Machine or clear your browser cache... see here for additional help.

click IE tools select internet options go to connection box than click LAN settings than untick the proxy server your problem is solved Enjoy
