Setting The Clock:

Prepararion:
Turn on the tv and set it to the video input mode.
Select "Clock" from "System Setup".

1. Select Clock
2. Select the desired items using < or > (month,date,year,hour, minute and AM/PM), the press enter.
3. Press the down arrow or up arrow to set the value of the selected item.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set the date, year and present time, and press ENTER. The SETUP Menu will close.

For the Daylight savings time...it is under the clock menu too. Just change it to what you want.

I just respond to last question, if new go to dealer or whoever puts this machine out which I never hearcd of but some company must own it !
