Question about Shark Vacuum. Navigator Lift-Away Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner NV352
Perhaps, motorized brush is not supposed to roll on bare floor position. Though on brush roll on it it is pretty loud. I have checked for all obstructions.Thank you!

SOURCE: The beater brush doesnt work
It seems that your drive belt for the beater brush is stretched. This is a common problem -- if you flip the vacuum over so you are looking at the bottom, you should see several screws holding a faceplate in place. Unscrew these, and you should be able to get access to the beater brush and belt. Pull on the belt a little -- if it has a lot of give, or seems stretched or cracked, replace the belt and your vacuum should be fine. If it is not stretched or cracked, move the belt and look between the belt and where it holds onto the brush (there should be a little groove that the belt is sitting it). If there is a lot of debris or hair (I have long hair and this happens to me quite often) between the belt and the brush bar, clean it out, and you should be good. The squeaking noise leads me to believe that the belt is stretched and could be replaced.
