1. Remove & Resit Formatter properly.
2. Check star wheel, might be it's broken.
How to reach star wheel..
A. Remove Formatter.
B. Remove left door.
C. Remove Electronic module
D. Remove spit on.
E. Remove star Wheel.

SOURCE: I just replaced both cartridges
If the cartridges are not moving, it could be an indication of a print head stepper motor problem. The stepper motor moves the print head assembly (print head and ink cartridges) back and forth across the paper.
Wipe the bar on which the print head travels. The motor may not be able to drive the print head through the accumulated gunk. Use a soft cloth and distilled water.
