The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

My b60 keurig coffee maker does not power up. any suggestings?

My B60 did the same thing. It was one year old and I never registered it. Keurig shipped a replacement in 5-7 days. Go to the website, email customer service, they will reply with the phone number, the call takes about 5 minutes of info exchange. you do have to ship back the k-cup holder from the old one when. The new one arrives

The Keurig is heating up the water, yet is does

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

Decreased brewing volume per cup, sluggish start to brewing

You should descale to see if that helps but if not you should contact Keurig 866-901-2739 or Green Mountain Coffee and 866-639-2326 to see if they have any suggestions or if this may be a known issue with that model brewer

Hello,

I assume your coffe maker used to produce more coffee for each use. Roughly 6 ounces per large cup, and now is only making 3 oz. cups.

If your coffee maker is sputtering and not able to "suck" enough water to fill your cups of coffee it is most likely due to cavitation caused in the little pump due to a stoppage, which is most likely lime or scale buildup somewhere in the pump line.

To fix it, don't take your coffee maker apart. Get a bottle of distilled white vinegar, and pour it straight into the empty water resevoir. Press brew with no coffee pod so you are just running the vinegar through the system. Pour the vinegar out of the cup and back into the resevoir. Add some ice to cool it off. Repeat about 10 times. This should clear out the toughest lime scale clog.

After you notice the cups are filling full of water, Replace the vinegar with fresh water. Run about 5 or 6 cups of fresh water through the system to get rid of the vinegar.

Make coffee/tea/whatever.
