no you can not, the toner in a image press is a dual component toner. in the 5000 and 7105 are a mono component toner please dont and if you did please tell the tech because it will drive him crazy trying to figure it out unless he is a veteran in the copier business.
Odds are is that the finishers exit bins got stuck while looking for it's HP. Most of the time it is a garbage can.... Move the object blocking the path of the exit trays first. Then turn the power switch for the finisher off first then turn the main power switch on the right side of the copier. Once it is all off > turn the finisher back ON first then the copier and then remove the paper jams.... Good Luck
